" In Kundalini Yoga the most important thing is your experience. It goes right to your Heart. No words can replace your experience. Your mind may accept the words or it may not but your consciousness will not accept just words." Yoga Bhajan.

Sat Nam mantra is probably the most widely used mantra in the practice of Kundalini Yoga. "Sat" means truth - the reality of one's existence. "Nam" means the identity. It is a seed mantra. Within the seed, all the knowledge of the fully grown tree is contained . The essence, or seed, is the identity of truth embodied in condensed form. We will experience the deeply healing energy of the Sat Nam mantra to create a connection to your soul and give you insights and visions to transform yourself with love and positivity.

Chanting the Sat Nam mantra awakens the soul, gives you your destiny and balances TATTVA. TATTVA is the five elements which you are made of: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether. Furthermore, to gain a deeper understanding of TATTVA, one must understand consciousness. Pure consciousness exists beyond creation. God came into Creation to have an experience and at this point, a change occurred. This change came in stages, like the gradual changes of the colors we see during dawn as the sun rises. In each stage there is a little less oneness and a little more separateness. It is similar to the consciousness of a new born baby. When a baby is born, it's consciousness is undifferentiated and the baby experiences itself as merged into everything. As the child gets older, they gradually begin to differentiate between that which is "me" and that which is "not me". The Yogis call each stage of this transformation a TATTVA - the five elements of which you are made: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether.

Learn more about the Sat Nam mantra, pure consciousness, TATTVA and how it can change your life through taking the journey to Bali with Olga Onkar Kaur.
